นายเอกรัตน์ แจ้งอยู่ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท เธียรสุรัตน์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ TSR เปิดเผยว่าคณะกรรมการบริษัทฯ มีมติเสนอผู้ถือหุ้นให้พิจารณาอนุมัติจ่ายเงินปันผลงวดสุดท้ายประจำปี 2561 เป็นเงินสดในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.08 บาท รวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 43.97 ล้านบาท ซึ่งจะกำหนดขึ้นเครื่องหมายผู้ไม่ได้รับสิทธิเงินปันผลในวันที่ 3 พฤษภาคม 2562 และกำหนดรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นมีสิทธิรับเงินปันผลในวันที่ 7 พฤษภาคม 2562 เพื่อจ่ายเงินปันผลในวันที่ 24 พฤษภาคม 2562

1) Issuing and offering newly issued ordinary shares to existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholding (Rights Offering) in combination with the issuance and offering of warrants to subscribe for newly issued ordinary shares in the capital increase of the Company without consideration to be allocated to existing shareholders of the Company who subscribe for and are allocated newly issued ordinary shares in the Rights Offering.
