ทั้งนี้ ภายหลังถูกระงับการดำเนินธุรกิจบริษัทจะยังคงมีรายได้จากค่าธรรมเนียมที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินจากสัญญาเดิมก่อนการระงับการทำธุรกิจ และรายได้ค่านายหน้าจากการที่ลูกค้าขายหลักทรัพย์เท่านั้น ส่วนค่าใช้จ่ายจะลดลงจากค่าใช้จ่ายผันแปรจากการดำเนินธุรกิจ โดยการหยุดประกอบธุรกิจดังกล่าวไม่มีผลกระทบต่อสินทรัพย์รวมของบริษัท แม้ว่าจะมีการขายพอร์ตลงทุนที่เป็นหุ้นกู้ เพื่อเสริมสภาพคล่องตามข้างต้น

Furthermore, on 15 January 2020, PTTEP Treasury Center Company Limited (PTTEP Treasury Center) also issued, offered and sold the 10-year senior notes in an aggregate principal amount of US$ 350,000,000 with a fixed interest rate of 2.993 percent per annum, maturing on 15 January 2030 (New Notes). The New Notes were issued under US$ 3,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Program.

The GCG power project is GULF’s first biomass power plant, using parawood as fuel, and is located in Chana district, Songkhla province, with an installed power generation capacity of 25.0 megawatts. GCG has a 25 year power purchase agreement with EGAT and receives adder of THB 1.3/kWh for 7 years. The commercial operation commencement of GCG was completed according to the plan.
