ส่วนปัจจัยลบที่จะส่งผลต่อการขยายตัวเศรษฐกิจไทยปีหน้า คือ ปัจจัยของเศรษฐกิจโลกที่ฟื้นตัวช้า รวมถึงการชะลอตัวของเศรษฐกิจจีน ราคาสินค้าโภคภัณฑ์ที่อยู่ระดับต่ำ ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยที่กดดันภาคการส่งออกอย่างต่อเนื่อง และมองว่าในปีหน้าภาคการส่งออกของไทยจะขยายตัวในระดับ 0% หรือไม่ขยายตัว จากปีนี้ที่ภาคส่งออกไทยอาจจะติดลบ 5%

ยอดขายดังกล่าวส่วนใหญ่มาจากการเปิด 3 โครงการทาวน์โฮมใหม่ มูลค่าโครงการรวม 2.7 พันล้านบาท ซึ่งได้รับผลตอบรับที่ดีในแง่ยอดขายจากลูกค้า ได้แก่ โครงการ Golden Town อ่อนนุช-ลากระบัง มูลค่า 714 ล้านบาท, โครงการ Golden Town วงศ์สว่าง-รัชดา มูลค่า 721 ล้านบาท และโครงการ Golden Town บางนา-สวนหลวง มูลค่า 1.26 พันล้านบาท
