Ms. Veena Lertnimitr, Executive Vice President Investment Banking Function, Siam Commercial Bank Plc., the company s joint financial advisor, and Director, SCB Securities Company Limited, the joint lead underwriter, said that after the submission of the IPO application to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the SEC has approved the IPO application and the filing has now become effective.

บริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ BA ระบุว่า ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัทวันนี้ อนุมัติให้บริษัท ครัวการบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทย่อย ลงทุนเพิ่มเติมในบริษัท บางกอกแอร์เคเทอริ่งภูเก็ต จำกัด โดยการซื้อหุ้น 30% ของทุนจดทะเบียนจากนายกิจจา งานทวี เพื่อรองรับการขยายธุรกิจของกลุ่มบริษัท ซึ่งจะทำให้บริษัทถือหุ้นในบางกอกแอร์เคเทอริ่งภูเก็ตเพิ่มเป็น 100% โดยคาดว่าจะดำเนินการได้ภายในวันที่ 31 พ.ค.นี้
