As for the benefits from this purchase, TVD will be entitled to operate Springnews Channel which has been granted the permission to use frequencies and operate television station for providing digital terrestrial television in the category of news and information channel. Meanwhile, TVD will be able to manage and chose the airtime for advertising of products of TVD and subsidiary direct to the target group of customers more efficiency.

บริษัท เฟอร์รั่ม จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ FER เปิดเผยว่า ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัทเมื่อวานนี้ (9 มี.ค.) อนุมัติระเบียบวาระการประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปี 2560 โดยมีวาระที่สำคัญการพิจารณาอนุมัติออกใบสำคัญแสดงสิทธิที่จะซื้อหุ้นสามัญ (วอร์แรนต์) รุ่นที่ 3 หรือ FER-W3 ไม่เกิน 770.95 ล้านหน่วย จัดสรรให้ฟรีแก่ผู้ถือหุ้นเดิมสัดส่วน 3 หุ้นเดิมต่อ 1 วอร์แรนต์ มีอายุไม่เกิน 9 เดือน และมีอัตราการใช้สิทธิ 1 วอร์แรนต์ต่อ 1 หุ้นใหม่ ที่ราคาหุ้นละ 0.50 บาท
