The Project with a total capacity of 220 MW consists of four phases. The first three phases will have an installed capacity of 50 MW each, while the last phase will contain 70 MW. Currently, the second, third and fourth phases are in the process of adjusting for the most efficient way to complete the project as fast as it could.

AWS looks at two possible ways: (1) in the case that the FY2020 Budget Bill is unconstitutional, it must see the opinion of the court that it will be void (Go back to start a new process which may lead to less than 4 months of spending time) and (2) vote on some sections (May cause the delay of disbursement until April May 2020)
