ขณะที่ บล.คันทรี่ กรุ๊ป แนะนำ ซื้อ BANPU ราคาเป้าหมาย 26.25 บาท/หุ้น โดยได้ปรับประมาณการกำไรสุทธิปี 60 จากระดับ 7,292 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้นมาที่ระดับ 13,472 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 85% จากประมาณการณ์เดิม โดยคาดหวังราคาขายเฉลี่ยจากเหมืองอินโดนีเซียในปี 60 ที่ 71.82 เหรียญต่อตัน โดยเทียบเคียงกับราคา Newcastle Coal ที่ 84.50 เหรียญต่อตัน โดยมีมุมมองบวกมากขึ้นหลังมีการทำราคาสัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้าระหว่างเหมือง Glencore และโรงไฟฟ้าในญี่ปุ่นที่ 94.75 เหรียญต่อตัน ซึ่งจะส่งมอบถ่านในช่วงต้นปี 60

อีกทั้งคาดอัตรากำไรขั้นต้นในปี 2559 จะปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นถึง 25% จากการที่บริษัทเพิ่มไลน์ธุรกิจที่มีมาร์จิ้นสูงเข้ามา ประกอบกับต้นทุนราคาน้ำมันมีแนวโน้มปรับตัวลดลง ล่าสุดบริษัทมีต้นทุนราคาน้ำมันอยู่ที่ประมาณ 26% ซึ่งลดลง 3-4% จากช่วงที่ผ่านมาอยู่ที่ 30% พร้อมกันนี้บริษัทคาดอัตรากำไรสุทธิ (Net Profit Margin) ในปี 2559 จะปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นถึงระดับ 10% จากปี 2558 อยู่ที่ระดับ 4.44% นอกจากนี้บริษัทตั้งเป้าสิ้นปี 2559 จะมีรถบัสเป็น 260 คัน จากปัจจุบันมีรถบัสที่ให้บริการอยู่ที่ 239 คัน
