Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) has made an announcement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand regarding the incident on April 10, 2019, at around 17.40 Hours, fumes occurred at the smoke ventilation area on the 8th floor at the CentralWorld shopping mall (CTW). The CTW immediately evacuated the people from the premises. The fumes were successfully put under control at around 18.10 Hours.
ทั้งนี้ ในการประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท ครั้งที่ 1/2563 เมื่อวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2563 มีมติสำคัญคือ แต่งตั้ง นายอารักษ์ ราษฎร์บริหาร เข้าดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่, แต่งตั้ง นายปกรณ์ มงคลธาดา เข้าดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการบริษัท, กรรมการบริหาร และกรรมการผู้มีอำนาจลงนามแทน นายสุพรรณ เศษธะพานิช โดยมีวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งกรรมการเท่ากับวาระที่เหลือของกรรมการที่ลาออก โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2563 เป็นต้นไป

บริษัท ฟิลเตอร์ วิชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ FVC ระบุว่า บริษัทมั่นใจง่ากำไรในปีนี้จะเติบโตดีกว่าปีก่อนที่มีกำไรราว 12 ล้านบาท แม้ว่าในช่วงครึ่งปีแรกจะมีกำไรเพียง 1.5 ล้านบาท เนื่องจากงานต่างๆ ล่าช้าออกไป แต่เชื่อว่าครึ่งปีหลังยอดขายจะดีขึ้น และทั้งปีนี้น่าจะจ่ายเงินปันผลได้ไม่ต่ำกว่าปีก่อน ขณะที่บริษัทเตรียมจัดตั้งบริษัทลูกเพื่อทำธุรกิจในกลุ่มคลีนิกเวชกรรมเฉพาะทาง ซึ่งคาดหวังจะส่งเข้าตลาดหุ้นภายใน 3-5 ปี
