Minor International Public Company Limited (MINT) today announced that it remains as an index component of the 2020 Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) for the 7th consecutive year and also continues to be included in Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI) for the 6th consecutive year following the Company’s outstanding sustainability initiatives.

บริษัท ปริญสิริ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ PRIN เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทเสนอขายหุ้นกู้ของบริษัท มูลค่าไม่เกิน 600 ล้านบาท อายุ 3 ปี ครบกำหนดไถ่ถอนปี พ.ศ. 2561 อัตราดอกเบี้ยคงที่ร้อยละ 5.10 ต่อปี เสนอขายให้แก่ผู้ลงทุนสถาบัน และ/หรือ ผู้ลงทุนรายใหญ่ เปิดจองซื้อระหว่างวันที่ 4-6 สิงหาคม 2558 ผ่าน บล.เอเชียพลัส และ ธนาคารซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย ซึ่งเป็นผู้จัดการการจัดจำหน่ายหุ้นกู้

อนึ่งก่อนหน้านี้ MY HOSPITAL ได้เข้าซื้อกิจการโรงพยาบาลเอกชน 3 แห่ง คือ โรงพยาบาลเชียงใหม่ราษฎร์ จ.เชียงใหม่, บริษัท พิษณุโลกอินเตอร์เวชการ จำกัด (PM) จ.พิษณุโลก และ บริษัท โคราชเมดิคัลกรุ๊ป จำกัด (KMG) จ.นครราชสีมา ทั้งนี้ ธุรกิจโรงพยาบาลยังทำรายได้ในปี 58 น้อยมาก แต่หลังปี 59 ไปแล้วรายได้จากธุรกิจโรงพยาบาลจะเพิ่มขึ้น คาดว่าอาจจะรายได้ราว 500 ล้านบาท/ปี

ฟื้นตัวแคบ 1,520-1,530 จุด : ได้แรงซื้อหุ้นพลังงานกลับมาอีกครั้ง ทำให้ตลาดฟื้นตัวอีกครั้ง ดัชนี SET ไม่หลุดแนวรับย่อย 1,520 จุด ถึงแม้ว่าจะมีแรงขายหุ้นธนาคารกดดัน ทิศทางตลาดเป็นแนวโน้มขึ้นระยะสั้น คาดว่าจะทดสอบยอดวันก่อนหน้านี้ที่ 1,530 จุด ผ่านได้มีจังหวะซื้อเก็งกำไรระยะสั้น ด้วยเป้าหมายถัดไปที่ 1,545-50 จุด คาดว่าจะยังไม่ผ่านแนวต้านนี้ เป็นจุดขายทำกำไร
