ศ.ดร.พิเชษฐ์  วิริยะจิตรา  ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท เอเชียน ไฟย์โตซูติคอลส์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ APCO เปิดเผยว่า ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท มีมติอนุมัติเลื่อนวันและวาระการประชุมออกไปอย่างไม่มีกำหนด จากเดิมที่กำหนดไว้วันที่ 20 เมษายน 2563 เวลา 14.00 น. ณ อาคาร เอไอเอ แคปปิตอล เซ็นเตอร์ ชั้น 30 ถนนรัชดาภิเษก โดยบริษัทฯ จะพิจารณวันประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นใหม่ที่เหมาะสม หากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัส COVID-19 คลี่คลายหรือสิ้นสุดลง ทั้งนี้ การเลื่อนการประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปีดังกล่าวจะไม่มีผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินงานบริษัทฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ

SPTV is a limited company who carries on the business of television station and all kind of mass media and has been granted the license of permission to use frequencies and operate digital terrestrial television in the category of news and information channel (“TV License”) by Springnews Channel 19 under the control of Office of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission, and approve TVD to engage SPC to produce news and information program throughout the period of TV License (The license will be expired on April 24, 2029).

สำหรับผลประกอบการในปีนี้ บริษัทยังคงเป้ารายได้เติบโต 10-15% จากปีก่อนที่มีรายได้ 796 ล้านบาท ขณะที่กำไรสุทธิคาดว่าจะมากกว่าปีก่อนที่มีกำไรสุทธิ 46 ล้านบาท โดยจะรักษาอัตรากำไรสุทธิในปีนี้ให้ใกล้เคียงกับปีก่อนที่ 7% เนื่องจากบริษัทยังสามารถจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ได้อย่างต่อเนื่องทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ และในธุรกิจรับจ้างผลิต(OEM) มีแผนขยายไปยังลูกค้ากลุ่มที่ผลิตรถจักรยานยนต์เพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีการส่งออร์เดอร์สินค้าให้กับลูกค้าซูซูกิแล้ว ส่วน OEM ต่างประเทศนอกเหนือจากลูกค้ากลุ่มหลักในประเทศมาเลเซีย บริษัทฯก็มีแผนขยายตลาดไปยังต่างประเทศเพิ่มเติม
