อนึ่ง ราคาซื้อขายหุ้นสามัญของ DPT ดังกล่าว พิจารณาจากการคิดลดกระแสเงินสดที่คาดว่าจะเกิดขึ้น (Discounted Cash Flow) อัตราส่วนมูลค่ากิจการของบริษัทเทียบกับกำไรที่คาดว่าจะได้รับในอนาคต รวมไปถึงเงินลงทุนที่ต้องใช้และระยะเวลาที่ต้องการหากบริษัทจะพัฒนาธุรกิจเหล่านี้เอง ซึ่งเป็นมาตรฐานที่ใช้ทั่วไปในการตัดสินใจการลงทุน ทั้งนี้ ในการพิจารณาราคาซื้อขายดังกล่าว บริษัทไม่ได้พิจารณามูลค่าของ DPT เพียงอย่างเดียว แต่พิจารณาถึงประโยชน์ที่บริษัทจะได้รับในอนาคตจากการส่งเสริมซึ่งกันและกันระหว่าง DPT และบริษัทด้วย

Ltd. เป็นบริษัทจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งตามกฎหมายสิงคโปร์ ถือหุ้นในบริษัท Binh Thuan Solar Power Investment Joint Stock Company (B-Solar) ที่ดำเนินโครงการโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ Song Luy 1 Solar Power Plant ในเวียดนามและเป็นผู้ผลิต  และจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ให้กับ Vietnam Electricity (EVN) ตามสัญญาซื้อขายไฟฟ้าขนาด 46.7 เมกะวัตต์ติดตั้ง (MW) เป็นระยะเวลา 20 ปี โดย B-Solar ได้ดำเนินการจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าเข้าระบบเชิงพาณิชย์ แล้วตั้งแต่วันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม 2562 ที่ผ่านมา
