สัญญาน้ำมันดิบเวสต์เท็กซัส (WTI) ตลาดนิวยอร์กปิดร่วงลงกว่า 3% เมื่อคืนนี้ (8 มิ.ย.) เนื่องจากนักลงทุนวิตกกังวลกับรายงานข่าวที่ว่า ซาอุดีอาระเบียประกาศเพิ่มการผลิตน้ำมันในเดือนก.ค. นอกจากนี้ นักลงทุนยังผิดหวังที่กลุ่มประเทศผู้ส่งออกน้ำมัน (โอเปก) และชาติพันธมิตร หรือโอเปกพลัส ที่มีมติขยายเวลาปรับลดกำลังการผลิตน้ำมันออกไปเพียงเดือนเดียวสัญญาน้ำมันดิบ WTI ส่งมอบเดือนก.ค. ร่วงลง 1.36 ดอลลาร์ หรือ 3.4% ปิดที่ 38.19 ดอลลาร์/บาร์เรลสัญญาน้ำมันดิบเบรนท์ส่งมอบเดือนส.ค. ลดลง 1.50 ดอลลาร์ หรือ 3.6% ปิดที่ 40.80 ดอลลาร์/บาร์เรล

Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited (GUNKUL) announced that the Company has completed the acquisition of 100% of Doan Son Thuy Investment JSC (DST), a company incorporated in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam from 3 existing shareholders, in order to invest in a solar power plant project, a total capacity of 50 MWp in Hue, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, with the investment value of USD 39.8 million or equivalent to Baht 1.25 billion, which the commercial power distribution is scheduled on 15 December 2020.

ทั้งนี้ บริษัทมีสภาพคล่องที่เพียงพอ ในช่วง 12 เดือนข้างหน้า ทั้งนี้ แหล่งเงินทุนของบริษัทประกอบด้วยเงินทุนจากการดำเนินงานที่คาดว่าจะมีประมาณ 6,700 ล้านบาท และรวมทั้งเงินสดและรายการเทียบเท่าเงินสดอีกจำนวน 4,500 ล้านบาท ณ เดือน ธันวาคม 2560 ในขณะที่การใช้เงินทุนจ่ายในช่วงเวลาเดียวกันนั้นจะประกอบไปด้วยค่าใช้จ่ายฝ่ายทุนประมาณ 6,000-7,000 ล้านบาทและเงินปันผลที่ประมาณ 600-700 ล้านบาท ทั้งนี้ บริษัทไม่มีภาระในการชำระหนี้เงินกู้ธนาคารหรือหุ้นกู้ในปี 2561 ในขณะที่หุ้นกู้ชุดที่จะครบกำหนดชำระเร็วที่สุดจะอยู่ในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2562

สำหรับเหตุผลที่ราคาขายสินทรัพย์และค่าดำเนินการเพื่อให้รายการจำหน่ายสินทรัพย์แล้วเสร็จจำนวน 14,000 ล้านบาท มีมูลค่าต่ำกว่าราคาประเมินจากผู้ประเมินอิสระ 17,182 ล้านบาท (มูลค่ากิจการของ PP1 จำนวน 5,058 ล้านบาท ตามรายงานประเมินของที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินแห่งที่ 1 และมูลค่ากิจการของ PP3 จำนวน 12,124 ล้านบาท ตามรายงานประเมินของที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินแห่งที่ 2) จนทำให้เกิดการบันทึกการด้อยค่าของเงินลงทุน เนื่องจากราคาประเมินผู้ประเมินอิสระนั้น ตั้งอยู่ในสมมุติฐานที่ว่าสินทรัพย์ทั้งหมดก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จ และสามารถดำเนินธุรกิจได้ตามปกติ
