ภาวะตลาดหุ้นไทยช่วงเช้าปรับตัวขึ้นตามทิศทางตลาดหุ้นเอเชีย โดยเป็นแรงซื้อในกลุ่ม Health และหุ้นรายตัวที่คาดว่างบ Q2/17 จะมีกำไรเติบโตขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตามยังคงมีแรงขายกลุ่ม Bank จากความกังวลปัญหา NPL ที่อาจพุ่งขึ้นภายหลังเหตุการณ์น้ำท่วมในภาคเหนือ อีสาน ส่งผลให้ SET ปรับตัวขึ้นเล็กน้อย ด้วย  Volume ซื้อขาย 2 หมื่นลบ.

ติดตามการเคลื่อนไหวของนักลงทุนต่างประเทศ เริ่มเห็นการขายสุทธิตราสารหนี้ระยะยาวเกิน 1 ปีมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ (ขายสุทธิสะสม 3 วัน 2.14 พันล้านบาท) โดยต่างชาติมียอดซื้อในตราสารหนี้ตั้งแต่ต้นปีอยู่ที่ 2.17 แสนล้านบาท นับจากนี้น่าจะทำการขายออกเรื่อยๆ คาดว่าจะส่งผลให้เงินบาทพลิกกลับไปอ่อนค่าจนถึง 34 บาท เป็นบวกโดยตรงต่อ KCE

ผู้ว่าการ ธปท.ยังเชื่อว่า นโยบายการเงินของไทยที่ยึดหลัก Data Dependent นั้น เป็นการประเมินสถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจล่วงหน้าอย่างใกล้ชิด หากเมื่อใดที่เห็นว่าสถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากที่คาดการณ์ไว้ ก็พร้อมจะทบทวนนโยบายใหม่ และพร้อมใช้เครื่องมือทางการเงินอื่นๆ ที่มีอยู่ให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพเศรษฐกิจในแต่ละช่วงเวลา
