ด้านนายปริย เตชะมวลไววิทย์ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายงานเลขาธิการและสื่อสารองค์กร สำนักงาน ก.ล.ต. เปิดเผยว่า ในวันที่ 17 ต.ค.นี้ ก.ล.ต.ร่วมกับ ตลท.และสมาคมบริษัทจดทะเบียน จัดสัมมนาทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ พ.ร.บ.หลักทรัพย์ฯ ให้แก่ กรรมการ ผู้บริหาร และเลขานุการของบริษัทจดทะเบียน เพื่อจะได้มีความเข้าใจในเรื่องของ พ.ร.บ.หลักทรัพย์ฯ มากขึ้น

ทั้งนี้ Central Retail ในฐานะผู้ทำคำเสนอซื้อได้ประกาศการทำคำเสนอซื้อหลักทรัพย์ของบริษัทฯ (แบบ 247-4) และได้ยื่นแบบ 247-4 ต่อบริษัทฯ และสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (สำนักงาน ก.ล.ต.) ในวันที่ 26 ธันวาคม 2562 โดยระยะเวลาการรับซื้อหลักทรัพย์จะเริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 27 ธันวาคม 2562 ถึงวันที่ 3 กุมภาพันธ์ 2563
