นายรพี สุจริตกุล เลขาธิการ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.) เปิดเผยว่า ก.ล.ต.ปรับปรุงประกาศเกี่ยวกับการโฆษณาและการเปิดเผยข้อมูลของกองทุนรวมประเภททริกเกอร์ฟันด์ของบริษัทหลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุน (บลจ.) เพื่อให้ผู้ลงทุนมีความเข้าใจในลักษณะสำคัญและความเสี่ยงของทริกเกอร์ฟันด์อย่างแท้จริงก่อนตัดสินใจลงทุน โดยประกาศจะมีผลใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2559 เป็นต้นไป

The company expected to utilize 1,500 million baht for investments in the next three years mainly in power generation business, while planning to construct four renewable energy power plants with a total production capacity of 40MW and a total investment of 4,000 million baht. Parts of the investment funds would be from the fundraising of Chai Watana Green Power Company Limited’s IPO.

The Restructuring Transaction will increase GPSC’s managerial flexibility and increase PTT’s shareholding in GPSC, in line with PTT’s shareholding in other business flagship companies. Currently, PTT, TOP, and TP own 22.81%, 8.91%, and 20.78% of GPSC’s issued shares, respectively. After the Restructuring Transaction, PTT will own 31.72% and TOP will own 20.78% of GPSC’s issued shares.
