บริษัท จัสมิน อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ JAS ระบุว่า บริษัทได้ดำเนินการลดทุนชำระแล้ว จาก 3,568,478,557.50 บาท เป็น 2,968,478,557.50 บาท โดยการตัดหุ้น ที่ซื้อคืนของบริษัทจำนวน 1,200,000,000 หุ้น มูลค่าที่ตราไว้หุ้นละ 0.50 บาท รวม 600,000,000 บาท โดยบริษัทได้ดำเนินการจดทะเบียนต่อกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า กระทรวงพาณิชย์ เรียบร้อยแล้วเมื่อวันที่ 23 ธันวาคม 2559ทั้งนี้ ปัจจุบันบริษัทมีทุนชำระแล้วเท่ากับ 5,936,957,115 หุ้น

Cost of sales and gross profitDOD’s cost of sales in 3Q18 amounted to ฿57.43 million, rising year-on-year by ฿25.81 million or 81.63%, which was in line with the sharp increase in revenues from sales in this period. Gross profit margin in 3Q18 was 63.46%, going up by 59.09% year-on-year. The growth in 3Q18 gross profit margin was mainly driven by the adoption of economies of scale and efficient control of production cost.
