อย่างไรก็ดี ล่าสุด สถาบันจัดอันดับความน่าเชื่อถือระดับโลก มูดี้ส์ อินเวสเตอร์ เซอร์วิส (Moody’s Investors Service) ยังคงยืนยันอันดับความน่าเชื่อถือของบริษัทที่ Baa1 และมองว่าเหตุการณ์การฟ้องร้องดังกล่าวไม่ได้ส่งผลกระทบต่อความน่าเชื่อถือของบริษัทในทันที
