Ratch Group Public Company Limited (RATCH) announced that Ratch-Australia Corporation Pty Ltd. (RAC), RATCH’s wholly owned indirect subsidiary, has signed a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Infigen Energy, which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and is leading Australia’s transition to a clean energy future, for 60% of energy output from the 226.80 MW capacity Collector Wind Farm project. The sale of power under the PPA starts from the project’s first energy generation within 2020 and the PPA will expire on December 31, 2030.

นายบุญชัย กล่าวว่า สำหรับธุรกิจน้ำ บริษัทคาดว่าในปีนี้จะเป็นโอกาสในการเติบโตที่สำคัญ จากการรับงานก่อสร้างระบบประปาชุมชนวางเป้าหมายรายได้ไว้ที่ 500 ล้านบาท หลังจากได้เซ็นสัญญารับงานมาแล้วรวมมูลค่ากว่า 300 ล้านบาท ซึ่งเริ่มทยอยรับรู้รายได้อย่างต่อเนื่องในปีนี้ โดยแต่ละโครงการจะใช้ระยะเวลาเฉลี่ย 6-8 เดือน คาดว่าสัดส่วนรายได้จากธุรกิจน้ำในปีนี้จะเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญเป็น 25% จากปีก่อนอยู่ที่ราว 10% ส่วนสัดส่วนรายได้จะมาจากกลุ่มสินค้าและบริการด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน และกลุ่มสินค้าและบริการด้านการควบคุมสภาพแวดล้อมจะอยู่ที่ 75%

ธนาคารได้มีการติดตามสถานการณ์ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อเศรษฐกิจไทยไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อมอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยเห็นว่าขณะนี้ลูกค้าไม่เพียงแต่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโคโรน่า 2019 หรือ โควิด-19 เท่านั้น จึงได้ขยายความช่วยเหลือให้ครอบคลุมลูกค้าที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากภาวะเศรษฐกิจ ทั้งที่เกิดจากสงครามการค้า (Trade War) และภัยแล้ง ในวิธีการต่างๆ ทั้งการเพิ่มวงเงิน และระยะเวลา การปรับลดและผ่อนผันเงื่อนไขต่างๆ ให้ลูกค้าแต่ละรายมีความคล่องตัวและคลายความกังวลใจ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งธนาคารพร้อมให้คำปรึกษาและคำแนะนำสำหรับแนวทางที่ดีที่สุดให้กับลูกค้าแต่ละราย” นายสุวรรณ กล่าว

Kasikorn Securities (KS) expected MINT to report a net loss of Bt1.9bn in 1Q20, a turn from a net profit of Bt3.8bn in 4Q19 and Bt583mn 1Q19. Both the sharp drop QoQ and YoY should be due mainly to the coronavirus epidemic that resulted in a weak operating performance in March. KS expected MINT to report net losses for the next three quarters based on the 2020 inbound tourist estimate of 15mn and KS’ expectation of a slow recovery of the European tourism industry. Still, KS maintained its “Outperform” rating on MINT with a target price of ฿23.30/share.
