บริษัท ทิปโก้แอสฟัลท์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ TASCO ระบุว่า ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการ ครั้งที่ 2/2559 เมื่อวันที่ 17 กุมภาพันธ์ 2559 มีมติเพิ่มเติมว่า บริษัทฯ ได้อนุมัติแต่งตั้ง นายชายน้อย เผื่อนโกสุม กรรมการอิสระเข้าดำรงตำแหน่งประธานกรรมการบริษัท และนายโก บัน เฮ็งกรรมการอิสระเข้าดำรงตำแหน่งรองประธานกรรมการบริษัทแทนประธานกรรมการบริษัทและรองประธานกรรมการบริษัทที่ครบวาระ โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 17 กุมภาพันธ์ 2559เป็นต้นไป
