พร้อมกันนี้ ยืนยันว่า นายธนินท์ เจียรวนนท์ ประธานอาวุโส เครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ ไม่ได้ขอให้เลื่อนการเซ็นสัญญาออกไปเป็นวันที่ 25 ต.ค. ซึ่งตามขั้นตอน ต้องไปคุยกับคณะกรรมการคัดเลือกเอกชนร่วมลงทุนฯ ไม่ใช่มาคุยกับฝ่ายนโยบาย ซึ่งการลงนามในวันที่ 25 ต.ค.62 นั้นยังอยู่ในกรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้ในการลงนามถึงวันที่ 7 พ.ย.62 ซึ่งหากทุกอย่างตกลงกันได้ตาม RFP ก็จะไม่มีปัญหาแต่อย่างใด
