บริษัท ไทคอน อินดัสเทรียล คอนเน็คชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ TICON เปิดเผยว่า บริษัท จัสโค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทร่วมทุนของบริษัท กับ บริษัท จัสโค (บางกอก) จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นบุคคลที่เกี่ยวโยงกันนั้น ได้เข้าซื้อหุ้นทั้งหมดของ บริษัท จัสโค (ถนนวิทยุ) จำกัด และบริษัท จัสโค (ถนนสาทร) จำกัด ซึ่งประกอบกิจการให้บริการพื้นที่การทำงานในลักษณะ co-working office / co-working space โดยเป็นการซื้อจาก บริษัท จัสโค (บางกอก) จำกัด จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 82.48 ล้านบาท ซึ่งได้ดำเนินการซื้อขายหุ้นแล้วเสร็จเมื่อวันที่ 20 ส.ค.61

นายวีรพลน์ เตชะผาสุขสันติ กล่าวอีกว่า ภายในเดือน มกราคม 2563 นี้ บริษัทจะทำการส่งมอบออเดอร์ “C Bus by Sakun.c” ล็อตแรกจำนวน 25 คันให้แก่ลูกค้า ซึ่งจะถูกนำไปใช้งานอย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพบนท้องถนนไทย และจะมีจำนวนเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆจากการทยอยส่งมอบล็อตต่อๆไป ซึ่งรถมินิบัสของ Sakun.c นี้ได้รับผลตอบรับที่ดีเกินคาดจากกลุ่มลูกค้า ด้วยราคาที่เกินคุ้ม เมื่อเทียบกับคุณภาพจากวัสดุที่ใช้ในการผลิต เพราะโครงสร้างตัวถังเป็นอลูมิเนียม น้ำหนักเบา ทำให้ประหยัดน้ำมัน แข็งแรง ทนทาน มีความปลอดภัยสูง ไม่เป็นสนิม และไม่ผุกร่อนง่าย
