ขณะที่ ครม.ได้อนุมัติแผนงาน หรือโครงการภายใต้พระราชกำหนดดังกล่าวแล้ว จำนวน 46 โครงการ วงเงินรวม 476,587 ล้านบาท และหน่วยเจ้าของโครงการได้เบิกจ่ายเงินกู้แล้วจำนวน 298,071 ล้านบาท คิดเป็น 62.54% ของกรอบวงเงินตามที่ ครม.อนุมัติ ซึ่งกระทรวงการคลังจะทยอยกู้เงินเมื่อ ครม.อนุมัติโครงการเพิ่มเติมตามความจำเป็น และความสอดคล้องกับการใช้เงินของโครงการต่อไป
