บริษัท พลังงานบริสุทธิ์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ EA เปิดเผยข้อมูลผ่านระบบสารสนเทศตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (SET) ระบุว่า บริษัทฯได้จัดตั้งบริทย่อยใหม่ 2 แห่ง ประกอบด้วย บริษัท อีเอเวสท์ แมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด (EA Waste Management Co., Ltd.) หรือ EWM เมื่อวันที่ 15 เม.ย.63 เพื่อดำเนินธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับการลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ของบริษัทในกลุ่มที่ดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับการกำจัดขยะ รวมถึงการผลิตและจำหน่ายไฟฟ้าที่ผลิตจากขยะ ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 100,000 บาท แบ่งเป็นหุ้นสามัญ 10,000 หุ้น มูลค่าหุ้นละ 10 บาท โดยบริษัทฯถือหุ้นในสัดส่วน 99.97% ของทุนจดทะเบียน จากเงินทุนหมุนเวียนของบริษัทฯ

หุ้นกลุ่มธนาคารร่วงลงอย่างหนัก โดยหุ้นยูนิเครดิต หุ้นดอยช์แบงก์ และหุ้นบาร์เคลย์ส ต่างก็ร่วงลงกว่า 1.5% สาเหตุที่ทำให้นักลงทุนกระหน่ำขายหุ้นกลุ่มธนาคารนั้น มาจากความไม่มั่นใจเกี่ยวกับผลการทดสอบภาวะวิกฤตในครั้งนี้ โดยมองว่าไม่มีการทดสอบที่เข้มงวดเหมือนกับธนาคารกลางสหรัฐ (FED) และไม่ได้ทดสอบสถานการณ์การที่สหราชอาณาจักรแยกตัวออกจากสหภาพยุโรป (Brexit) หรือภาวะที่มีการใช้อัตราดอกเบี้ยติดลบเป็นเวลานาน รวมทั้งธนาคารที่เข้าร่วมในการทดสอบก็มีจำนวนน้อยกว่าครึ่งหนึ่งของจำนวน 123 แห่งที่เข้าทดสอบในปี 2014 โดยธนาคารจากกรีซและโปรตุเกสไม่ได้เข้าร่วมในการทดสอบครั้งนี้

Both the sharp drop QoQ and YoY should be due mainly to the coronavirus epidemic that resulted in a weak operating performance in March. KS expected MINT to report net losses for the next three quarters based on the 2020 inbound tourist estimate of 15mn and KS’ expectation of a slow recovery of the European tourism industry. Still, KS maintained its “Outperform” rating on MINT with a target price of ฿23.30/share.
