Earlier, Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited (SUPER) has announced the results of the approval of the establishment of the Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund (SUPEREIF) to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on March 14, 2019 by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) determined to be able to offer for sale of the investment units of the fund only when the two power plant projects that the Fund will invest in the net income rights have received the relevant licenses completely.

ในปี 59 บริษัทได้เข้าซื้อ บริษัท โปรเฟสชั่นแนล เอ้าท์ซอสซิ่ง โซลูชั่นส์ จำกัด (POS) และบริษัท สำนักงานที่ปรึกษาทางธุรกิจและการบัญชี จำกัด (ABA) ในสัดส่วน 100% ของทุนชำระแล้วของทั้ง 2 บริษัท เพื่อขยายการให้บริการ โดย POS ถือเป็นผู้ให้บริการรับช่วงจัดทำเงินเดือน (Payroll Outsourcing) รายใหญ่รายหนึ่งในประเทศไทย ในขณะเดียวกันการเข้าซื้อกิจการ ABA ช่วยเพิ่มบริการของกลุ่มบริษัทในการให้บริการจัดทำบัญชีและการเงิน (Accounting and Finance Outsourcing) ทำให้บริษัทฯ สามารถให้บริการ Outsourcing ได้ครบวงจรมากขึ้น
