ให้สำนักงาน กสทช.พิจารณาแบ่งชำระเงินประมูลคลื่นความถี่ทั้งหมดที่ผู้รับใบอนุญาตต้องชำระออกเป็น 10 งวด งวดละเท่าๆกัน โดยให้ปีที่ผู้รับใบอนุญาตประมูลคลื่นความถี่ได้ตามคำสั่งหรือประกาศเริ่มนับเป็นงวดแรก และเมื่อสำนักงาน กสทช.พิจารณาแบ่งเงินประมูลคลื่นความถี่ต้องชำระในแต่ละงวดได้แล้ว ให้ผู้รับใบอนุญาตชำระเงินประมูลคลื่นความถี่ตามงวดดังกล่าวตั้งแต่ปีพ.ศ.๒๕๖๓ เป็นต้นไป สำหรับงวดที่ต้องชำระในปีพ.ศ.2563 ให้ชำระรวมกับเงินชดเชยของงวดที่ผ่านมาด้วย

CKP will recognize the profit in the form of dividend which the project previously had been partially starting the operation. However, it could not be recognized as a revenue but recorded as deducted expenses to help decrease the operation cost.

สำหรับทรัพย์สินดังกล่าวประกอบด้วย บัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารในชื่อของนายนายจิรัชพิสิษฐ์ จำนวน 5 บัญชี ซึ่งสามารถประเมินราคาได้ 2 บัญชี มูลค่า 4 ล้านบาท อยู่ระหว่างการประเมินราคาอีก 3 บัญชี และที่ดินเขตจตุจัตรเนื้อที่ 3 งาน 80 ตารางวาที่มีชื่อนายจิรัชพิสิษฐ์ เป็นเจ้าของกรรมสิทธิ์ มูลค่า 43 ล้านบาท ส่วนที่เหลือเป็นบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารและที่ดินในชื่อของนายปริญญา, น.ส.สุพิชฌาย์ จารวิจิต และชื่อบุคคลอื่น รวม 59 รายการ รวมจำนวนเงินทั้งหมด 210 ล้านบาท
