คาดดัชนีมีแนวโน้มอ่อนตัวลง แรงกดดันยังคงมาจากความกังวลกับปัญหาเศรษฐกิจโลกหลังจากทางกนง.เปิดเผยรายงานการประชุมที่บอกว่าภาพรวมตลาดโลกยังมีความเสี่ยงสูงโดยเฉพาะประเด็น Brexit แต่การอ่อนตัวลงอาจจะไม่มากนักเนื่องจาก ศก.ไทยเริ่มมีสัญญาณฟื้นตัวจากภาคการท่องเที่ยวที่ดีกว่าคาด โดยหุ้นที่น่าสนใจลงทุนในระยะสั้นเราเลือกกลุ่มที่มีปัจจัยบวกเฉพาะ ตัวอย่างกลุ่มรับเหมาก่อสร้างที่จะมีงานประมูลภาครัฐออกมาอย่างต่อเนื่องในอนาคตอย่างงานรถไฟฟ้า หรืองานนำสายไฟลงใต้ดินเป็นต้น

กลุ่มแรกที่อยู่ภายใต้การควบคุมของบรรษัทวิสาหกิจแห่งชาติ มี 12 บริษัท แบ่งเป็นบริษัทที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ 6 แห่ง คือ บมจ.ปตท. (PTT) บมจ.ปตท.สำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียม (PTTEP) บมจ.การบินไทย (THAI) บมจ.ท่าอากาศยานไทย (AOT) ธนาคารกรุงไทย (KTB) และบมจ.อสมท.(MCOT) ส่วนบริษัทที่อยู่นอกตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯอีก 6 แห่ง เช่น บมจ.ทีโอที(TOT) บมจ.กสท.โทรคมนาคม(CAT) บริษัท ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด บริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด (บขส.) บริษัท อู่กรุงเทพ จำกัด และบริษัท สหโรงแรมไทย จำกัด

The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Cheep Jullamon, former President of the Supreme Court and the President of the Advisory Board of GULF, Mr. Viset Choopiban, former Ministry of Energy and Chairman of the Board of Directors of GULF as a witness for the feasibility study of a natural gas power plant with a total installed capacity of 6,000 MW as well as the LNG terminal to support the solid growth in Ninh Thuan Province, southeast region of Vietnam.
