For the remaining of 2020, Dr. Pakorn stated that there are over 30 IPO in a pipeline, while the prior debuted IPO such as Central Retail (CRC) and Sri Trang Gloves (STGT) were outstanding. These IPOs would contribute in raising SET’s market capitalization to the target of 30 trillion baht, as planned before, though would be delayed due to the crisis.

ทั้งนี้ GVREIT มีนโยบายการจ่ายเงิน ปันผลไม่เกินปีละ 4 ครั้ง ในอัตราไม่น้อย กว่า 90% ของกำไรสุทธิที่ปรับปรุงแล้วของ รอบปีบัญชี โดยหลัง IPO ผู้ถือหน่วยทรัสต์รายใหญ่ของ GVREIT 3 ลำดับแรก ได้แก่ บริษัท แผ่นดินทอง พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ ดีเวลลอปเม้นท์ ถือหน่วยทรัสต์ 25.10% บริษัท ไทยประกันชีวิต ถือหน่วยทรัสต์ 8.28% และ บริษัท กรุงเทพประกันชีวิต ถือหน่วยทรัสต์ 7.98%
