ทั้งนี้ คณะกรรมการบริษัทเห็นชอบให้นำเสนอต่อที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นเพื่อพิจารณาอนุมัติแผนการปรับโครงสร้างกิจการ และการดำเนินการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องดังต่อไปนี้ ได้แก่  การปรับโครงสร้างการถือหุ้นและการจัดการของบริษัท โดยการจัดตั้งบริษัทโฮลดิ้งขึ้นใหม่ การทำคำเสนอซื้อหลักทรัพย์ของบริษัท โดยบริษัทโฮลดิ้ง การขอเพิกถอนหลักทรัพย์ของบริษัท ออกจากการเป็นหลักทรัพย์จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (ตลท.) และการนำหุ้นสามัญของบริษัทโฮลดิ้งที่จัดตั้งขึ้นใหม่เข้าจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ แทนหลักทรัพย์ของบริษัท

It is now moving down to test the key supports at 1650-1655 (EMA200 Day) which is the last support lines of the uptrend. If it dips below such level, meaning the end of the uptrend and the outlook will switch to sideways downward. So, if it dips below 1650, lock profit or stop loss and wait and see, until it forms a base and stop sliding.   

โดยบริษัทแจ้งว่าที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการวันนี้ (29 ส.ค.) อนุมัติให้ลดทุนจดทะเบียนโดยยกเลิกจำนวนหุ้นคงเหลือที่มีค้างอยู่ หลังจากนั้นให้เพิ่มทุนจดทะเบียนเป็น 199.4 ล้านบาท จากเดิมที่ 149.55 ล้านบาท โดยออกหุ้นใหม่ 99.7 ล้านหุ้น พาร์หุ้นละ 0.50 บาท เพื่อรองรับการใช้สิทธิแปลงสภาพใบสำคัญแสดงสิทธิที่จะซื้อหุ้นสามัญ (วอร์แรนต์) ที่บริษัทจะออกจำนวน 99.7 ล้านหน่วย จัดสรรให้ฟรีกับผู้ถือหุ้นเดิมในอัตรา 3 หุ้นเดิมต่อ 1 วอร์แรนต์ โดยมีอายุ 2 ปี มีอัตราการใช้สิทธิ 1 วอร์แรนต์ต่อ 1 หุ้นใหม่ ที่ราคาใช้สิทธิหุ้นละ 1 บาท
